We’re pursuing an aggressive global expansion strategy and are always on the lookout for fresh talent to help us achieve our ambitious plans for growth in Australia & New Zealand. We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our friendly and ever-expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for a number of customer accounts and maintaining a good working relationship with customers as well as working towards agreed sales targets. Over 90% of the assigned accounts will be existing customers, so there is no need for cold calling, but the accounts need to be contacted regularly and may occasionally need to be seen face to face.
Do you have at least 3+ years’ sales & account management experience in the leisure travel or cruise industry? Can you perform a dual role of pro-actively creating your own sales pipeline and manage a small portfolio of high value clients? If you do then we would like to hear from you.
Our ideal candidate will already be working in the travel industry in a sales or account management role, has a keen interest in travel technology and of course has a strong work ethic, capable of working independently, be a self-starter and a highly motivated individual keen to make a difference within a fast paced and rapidly growing travel technology business. Knowledge of the cruise industry would be an advantage.
The Account Manager position is an exciting, dynamic and highly rewarding one for the right candidate. This position is full time and is based in our office in Brisbane, Australia with the potential to travel.
You will be expected to travel regularly throughout Australia & New Zealand attending meetings and events.
Foreign language skills, especially Spanish, German, Italian or French would be advantageous.
