We’re pursuing an aggressive global expansion strategy and are always on the lookout for fresh talent to help us achieve our ambitious plans for growth. We are currently looking for an Accounts Coordinator to strengthen the numbers of our Finance Team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, in this role you will hold an integral role and be responsible for a large number of finance functions, from invoice processing & ledger management, through to reporting back and liaising with the Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer. This is a role that will suit an experienced individual that has previous experience in a similar finance role and has the ability to offer advice and guidance to senior management. We would consider part qualified financial accountants.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the monthly preparation of management accounts.
- Cash flow analysis.
- Calculating accruals & prepayments.
- Producing the profit & loss statements.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Bank reconciliations.
- VAT returns.
- Playing a key role in the year end process.

Foreign language skills, especially Spanish, German, Italian or French would be advantageous.
